There are also commercial plots available in sizes of 4 Marla, 8 Marla, and 1 Kanal. The prices for residential plots range from PKR 1.2 million to PKR 3.5 million. To reserve your plot, you only need to make a down payment of 15% of the total price, plus a small confirmation fee of about 5%.

After that, you can pay the remaining amount in 48 easy monthly installments over a period of 2.5 to 3 years. Finally, you will need to pay the full amount when you are ready to take possession of your plot.
